Refund Policy

At GirlLee Goodz we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds/exchanges may be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). To be considered for a full refund (or exchange) the following criteria must be met: 

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any customer-damage. 

• A GirlLee Goodz Request For Return/Exchange Form must be completed in full. 

• Our team will review the return/exchange request form within 48 hours of receipt. Upon approval, a confirmation email with shipping guidelines will be sent. 

• Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. 

•Custom orders and team orders are non-refundable. Once the fabric choice and/or size specifics have been chosen, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
